The feeling of buying a ripe melon at a fruit stand in a market in the south of France early in the morning and not being able to decide which of the fragrant Savon de Marseille you would like to have! The feeling of tasting the wine of a different Chateau every day…the scent of pine and plane trees and the chirping of crickets, all this is the perfect South of France feeling for me!
