Art was already my big passion as a child. I was very much inspired by Monet and Van Gogh and I hung my first acrylic paintings in my bedroom. I studied art through to the end of secondary school, but also studied other things for sensible reasons: Latin and theology. I unfortunately had little time to paint during my university studies in Munich, but after my 2nd state exam I began to draw abstract paintings and my big passion has now become my profession!

I’m inspired by special places such as mountains, the ocean, and especially Lake Tegernsee in Bavaria! My paintings are often created in memory of wonderful times spent in these places, and these memories become simply unforgettable through my paintings.
