Tuscany – for me that’s not just the name of a region! More than just an area in Italy! Tuscany is an incredibly beautiful way of life and simply an absolute place of longing! The gentle, hilly landscape with its typical cypresses and olive trees, the incredible scent of flowers – which simply exist there – and the cozy chirping of the swallows… The light, the lightness of people! Even as a child, I often vacationed in Tuscany with my family and my last vacation inspired me so much that I created a new series! Made on Italian linen, flowers and leaves embody the lightness of this very special area. The color of the linen is intended to be reminiscent of the stones of the old houses and walls. This time it was particularly important to me to include the green of the olive trees, whose leaves create a very special atmosphere in the light!
