…I’m fascinated by that very special light in the garden after the rain. The colors become softer, the green deeper—and suddenly, this gentle glow settles over everything. With *Jardin après l’ondée*, I don’t want to paint a garden exactly as it actually looks. I want to capture what remains of it in my memory: light, deep colors, and a magical atmosphere. Layer by layer, muted shades of green, delicate blossoms, and golden leaf textures emerge from beneath the surface, only to gently fade away again.
